Data deletion
You can request deletion of your Handler account and associated personal data. Business records you stored may be deleted with your workspace subject to legal retention requirements.
Delete your Handler account
Email support@handlerbos.com from the address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your workspace name and confirmation that you want permanent deletion.
We will verify ownership (reply from the registered email or additional verification if needed) and complete deletion within 30 days unless law requires longer retention.
If you are an employee user invited by a business, contact your workspace administrator; the business controls tenant data.
Google sign-in
To remove Google’s connection to Handler, revoke access in your Google Account → Security → Third-party access, and request account deletion as above if you want Handler data removed.
Handler’s use of Google data is limited as described in our Privacy Policy.
Apple and other sign-in providers
If you used Apple or other OAuth providers, revoke the app in that provider’s account settings and email support@handlerbos.com to delete your Handler account data.
Handler does not use Facebook Login today. If that changes, we will publish provider-specific deletion steps here. For any social data stored, contact support@handlerbos.com.
What we delete
We delete authentication records, profile data, and tenant data you control, subject to backups rotating out on schedule and legal holds where required.
Aggregated analytics without personal identifiers may be retained.
